Wadena-Deer Creek joins from the Heart O' Lakes - Classic Conference. Barnesville comes from the now defunct Northern Plains AA Conference. Ottertail Central and New York Mills both migrate to Prairie South. Long Prairie-Grey Eagle comes in from the West Central South.

West Central Area comes in from Heart O' Lakes - Classic. Upsala/Swanville and Osakis move into the Prairie North.

United North Central is made up of two schools Menahga Braves and the Sebeka Trojans.

Ottertail Central is the pairing of Battle Lake (Battlers) and Henning (Hornets). Both schools combined programs in 1991.

The West Central Area Knights was formed from Hoffman-Kensington Patriots and the West Central Wildcats. They merged in 1995.

(1)In 2011 West Central Area was seen with helmet decals. They may have put them on their helmets later in the season. Further confirmation would be helpful.
