Roseville Area High School was founded after the 1986 merger of Alexander Ramsey High School and Frank B. Kellogg High School. The merger took place due to declining enrollment at both schools. The football program began in the fall of 1987. *I saw this helmet a long time ago on a website. The picture wasn't very clear. Could some one verify if this helmet was ever used.
